Welcome to the homepage of the Pilotski 2026 Event.The 50th Pilotski will take place in Ischgl / Galtür, Austria from Jan 10th to 17th 2026.Each year Pilots of different countries get together to spend one week of skiing, celebrating and partying together. Sleep: not so much.Come and join us in 2026 in Ischgl!Here you will find all information about the Event, the package and links to the hotel and ski area websites.You can find more about the history of the event on pilotski.com below.

Hotel and Ski Area
We will stay in a 4* hotel: Wirler Hof or Almhof in Wirl. Distance appr. 185m form each other. Both are ski in, ski out resorts to the Galtür Ski Area. There will be a shuttle bus exclusively for our group every morning from the hotel to the Ischgl Gondola as well.
Excellent food, superb breakfast buffet and 5 course dinner / special evenings like a Fondue night / Tyrolean buffet.
After Skiing have a drink in the hotels own Apres Ski bar.
Both hotels offer a spa and wellness facility.
Ski Area
The Ski Area Galtür is ski in, ski out from the hotel. It offers 43km of runs and 10 lifts.
Ischgl is a 15min bus ride away, it offers more than 200km of slopes.
The elevation goes up to almost 2900m, ideal for perfect snow.

How to Get There
Either by car or for those of you coming from overseas:There will be a Bus taking you from Munich (MUC) Airport to Galtür in about 3,5 hours from the Airport to the hotel and back.- Cost 120 € per personFly into Zurich (ZRH) and take the train via Zurich Main Station to Landeck Station. From there take either a Bus or Taxi to the hotel.
You can select to book the bus ride upon registration or send an email later on.

Ski rentals
Ski rentals will be available in the shop next door from the hotel. Discount is 20%. If you are interested in renting equipment, please select so in the booking form. This is “information only” booking of equipment will take place once you are in Austria.

- First payment upon booking: 40%
- Second payment due on Nov 15th 2025
- Cancellation until Nov 15th: 30 EUR. p.person
- Nov 16th - December 15th 50% of the package price
- December 16th to Jan 1st 90% of the package price.With the completion of this registration you are sending a booking request. The hotel will contact you and ask for your payment details and passport data. The booking is confirmed after the first payment is done. If there is a waitlist, Pilots might get priority over friends & family.IMPORTANT NOTICES
1.)
The promoters do not assume any liabilities whatsoever as far as the conclusion of the
contract with the hotel as well as any goods and services placed at disposal by the hotel
are concerned.
The activities of the promoters are honorary and are only limited to the
collection of the booking requests which will then be forwarded to the hotel itself.
Contracting will only take place directly between the participants themselves and the
hotel.

Furthermore the promoters do not assume any liabilities whatsoever concerning the safety
of the participants during the events on the occasion of the “Pilots Ski“ Meeting Week. These responsibilities are exclusively assumed by the associations, institutions and operators of the ski resort.
